No Return or Exchange Policy
All fabric orders are final once placed. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds for fabric supplied as ordered, including fabric cut to the selected measurement.
Final sale
Please verify the product, fabric code, colour, cut length and quantity before checkout. Correctly supplied fabric cannot be returned or exchanged because it is prepared against the confirmed order.
Minor colour or texture variation caused by photography, lighting or screen settings is not a reason for return or exchange.
Incorrect, damaged or defective goods
This final-sale policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If goods are defective, damaged, incorrect, materially different from what was advertised, or delivered late for reasons other than force majeure, contact the store promptly with the order details.
Keep the product and packaging available. Photos or a short video may be requested so the store can verify the issue and provide the resolution required by applicable law. Do not send fabric back without written instructions from the store.
Payment errors are not product returns
A verified duplicate, excess or unmatched payment is corrected through the original payment method. This is a payment correction for money received without a valid corresponding order, not a return or exchange benefit.
